Sanctuary House
Each bedroom is unique, and Newman Gauge developed schemes to enhance the benefits of each space. Understanding the legacy of both the Fullers brand and this landmark site, allowed us to impose a character unique to Sanctuary House.
Focusing on the history of the architecture we specified heritage paints to compliment the period furnishings, and artwork to reflect the local archives.
Providing a haven for weekend retreats, business travellers and families, the location of the hotel above Fullers famous Ale and Pie Pub extends a true British welcome to all guests.
The ability to offer a calm environment in the heart of a bustling city was essential. At Newman Gauge we carefully consider lighting and acoustics to ensure these simple guest expectations were designed in from the outset.
Attention to detail has been key to enhancing the character and we have considered this in the smallest of details.
We believe forming an emotional connection with the space you are in is paramount. Guests who have bonded with these environments will consider returning again and reflect on their experience with others.
