This development comprised of a major refurbishment and extension of a listed picture house to form new workspaces and embrace new agile working strategies.
The environment captures the welcoming warmth and character of their reputable public houses.
This is a modern office with a lot of personality and contains formal and informal workspaces, meeting rooms, and a corporate lounge that opens onto an external terrace.
Newman Gauge worked closely with Youngs to develop their brief. Workspace surveys were carried out to analyse the habits of the existing business prior to formulating a strategy for the space planning proposal.
