We share our insights on what makes a bar or hotel popular, what furnishings are in trend and more importantly how clever design maximises space, increases service offering and more importantly how to drive a return on investment.

Newman Gauge have been working with Mitchells & Butlers for over ten years across a variety of their brands including the Sizzling Pubs and the Toby Carvery; from refurbishments to new builds and bringing new brands to the market.

We pride ourselves on our unique design ideas and ability to turn design into revenue creating interiors, but most of all we know what we do and we know how to do it well, even on mass roll-outs up and down the country.

Our experienced project management and design skills are always put to the test by our clients this time of year in the run up to Christmas and this year is no exception.

We handed over the keys to a newly refurbished Toby Carvery in Sheldon this week, the third refurbishment for the family-dining pub since September.

This Toby Carvery, one of many for the project with Mitchells & Butlers has seen an increased capacity in seating following the redevelopment which previously was all open plan,  but now has a bar and restaurant separated with new half glazed screens.
